Approach:
I use an integrative lens guided by Trauma Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (T-CBT), Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic work.
Therapy Style:
I enjoy working with adults and late adolescents who have experienced various forms of abuse, trauma,
or life transition and identity issues. Some of my areas of expertise include crisis intervention,
interpersonal violence/domestic violence, military families/ individuals, and LGBTQIA+ communities. My
therapeutic approach is guided by compassion-based modalities, a person-centered approach, and an
emphasis on trauma-informed care. I work with clients to promote self-curiosity, coping skills,
boundary-setting, and interpersonal dynamics. My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and
considerate of the social and cultural context of your experiences.
